Class Fees
Fall Session Sept. 10, 2024 – June 2025 - Performance Dates June 24 & 25, 2025
Dance Tuition is due for the entire month, based on a 4-week month. The shorter months (3 classes) are evened out by the longer months (5 classes) so that by June you will have received 4 lessons for each tuition payment.
Discount is already taken off pricing below for multiple classes taken by an individual dancer or family member.
Everyone Must Sign up for Auto-Pay & Sign Auto-Pay Agreement. Credit cards are charged on the 15th day of each month.
Make-Up Lessons: Any missed lessons may be made up in a comparable class to June 1 as long as the dancer is enrolled.
Stopping Lessons: Notice must be given in writing, on the 15th day of the month prior to stopping classes otherwise you will be charged for another month of lessons.

Annual Enrollment Fee: $50 Registration Fee, per family, per season, non-refundable. Payment for enrollment is valid for the season from September 10, 2024 thru June 24 & 25, 2025 unless a student stops classes during the season. The enrollment fee will be due again upon re-enrollment.
Unlimited Class Tuition: When a family of 1 -2 dancers takes lessons and the monthly tuition is greater than $550, the monthly tuition will remain at $550. Also given to a family of 3 – 4 dancers taking lessons and the monthly tuition is greater than $650, the monthly tuition will remain at $650.
Private Lessons – $50/half hour or $48/half hour, when you sign up for 4 classes.
Drop In – $20/class. Must have prior approval to take a class.
Tell A Friend – Receive a FREE Windsor Dance Academy T-Shirt when a friend registers for lessons and mentions your name.
Summer Camps
Week long Summer Camps: Dancers learn routines and have the opportunity to choreograph their own routines in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical and Hip Hop. Acrobatics classes are also given. Art & crafts projects, outside play, games and movies make each day fun. Friday is the “In Studio” performance where campers show their routines to family and friends.
Ages: 6 – 12 yrs.
Times: Drop off begins at 8:30 am.
The first class will begin at 9:00 am.
Monday – Thursday: Pick up is between 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm
Friday is a minimum day.
Drop off begins at 8:30 am.
The first class will begin at 9:00 am.
The “In Studio Performance” is at 12:30.
Families welcome. Dancers go home after performance.
Price: $300 single week | $585 two weeks | $870 three weeks | $1,155 four weeks

4 week Summer Session
Ages: 3 – 9 years old
These classes are grouped for the 3 – 5 years old and the 6 – 9 years old. Choose the style of dance for your dancers’ weekly class. Classes include stretching and dance routines set to fun music in the genre of dance chosen. Each class ends with acrobatics.
Instructors: Ballet – Ms. Diane / Hip Hop – Miss Jay
$60 for 4 classes / 1 class per week for 45 minutes
$78 for 4 classes / 1 class per week for 1 hour
Missed lessons may be made up in a comparable class ending on July 31.

Monday 5:15 – 6:00 = Ballet 6 – 9 yrs.
Monday 6:00 – 7:00 = Intensive Ballet
Monday 7:00 – 7:45 = Ballet Pointe
Tuesday 5:15 – 6:00 = Ballet 3- 5 yrs.
Thursday 4:15 – 5:00 = Hip Hop 3 – 5 yrs.
Thursday 5:15 – 6:00 = Hip Hop 6 – 9yrs.
Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 = Hip Hop 10 + yrs.
Summer Intensive
SUMMER INTENSIVE CLASSES
Ages: 10+ yrs.
Summer Dance Intensive is intended for serious dancers. We will focus on technique, strength & stretching, turns & leaps etc.!
Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop Choose one style of dance or all three.
Tuition Totals are for the entire 4 week session: 1 weekly class = $78 / 2 weekly classes = $154 / 3 weekly classes = $228

No Refunds for Missed Lessons:
Tuition will be charged until Windsor Dance Academy receives notice in writing, on the 15th day of the month prior to stopping classes otherwise you will be charged for another month of lessons. Remember that you are paying to reserve your dancer’s spot in the class and the spot will continue to be reserved until notice is received to stop a class. Make up classes must be completed before notice of stopping a class or you will forfeit those lessons.
Class Policies
Dance Practice: Please encourage your dancer to practice at home. Steps learned will be applied to a dance for the performances in June. Please keep in mind that it may be difficult for your dancer to remember a new combination at home. Practicing pieces of a combination are fine. As a dancer masters the pieces they will in turn master the whole. It usually takes about 4 weeks to master a combination completely. If your dancer is struggling with a step or is not remembering any of the steps, their instructor can review them after class.
Observing Dance Class: There is a waiting room for parents who wish to stay at the studio or have younger children. Classes can be observed from our viewing windows so you can see your child’s progress. Please limit your observation so that all parents can have a change to witness their child’s class. All doorways must be kept clear so we can maintain safe exits. If studio doors are closed, we ask that you respect the teacher’s choice to concentrate on teaching and learning during that session.
After Dance Class: Dancers should wait for their rides inside the dance studio. The parking lot gets busy! Please don’t ask your child to walk to the car alone after class. Pick up time is also the instructor’s chance to check in with parents if needed.
Class Attire: Dancers should come dressed in the appropriate attire for their class.
Ballet/ Lyrical: Leotard & Tights. Skirts, dance shorts, leg warmers OK. Pink Ballet Shoes
Hip-Hop: T-shirt or tank top. Dance pants or shorts. No Jeans! Tennis Shoes worn Only in dance studio
Jazz: Leotard or t-shirt. Dance pants, leggings or shorts. No Jeans! Tan Jazz Shoes
All students should have hair pulled back away from face. Absolutely no black soled shoes on the dance floor!
Please Do Not wear dance shoes from outside into dance studio. This creates hazardous dance floor!
