Maximum Motion Dance Company (MM) is a youth performing company from Windsor Dance Academy committed to expanding their dance knowledge and pushing past what they think they are capable of. Rooted in Jazz, Hip-hop, Lyrical and Ballet, Maximum Motion is known for their creative choreography and teamwork as they prepare for the next level in performance and technique.  Dancers learn how to take class, audition for performances, and gain work ethics that will follow them in all their future endeavors.  The company has performed and continues to perform at various venues throughout Sonoma County.

Beyond performance, Maximum Motion is passionate about community engagement and hosting classes designed to inspire and empower dancers of all ages and backgrounds. Exploration and fun is encouraged outside of the dance lens. Dancers grow strong bonds and friendships within the team, creating an uplifting atmosphere for dancers to become confident in all of their abilities, not just the dancing ones.

The company contains two branches at present with Maximum Motion Dance Company being the main performance group and Maximum Motion Junior  being a prelude for the younger, aspiring dancers who are looking to join the team once they are old enough!

Maximum Motion welcomes ages 10-18. Requirements for the company are listed below:

• Must be enrolled in one technique class (Ballet, Hip-hop, Jazz or Lyrical)

• Must be enrolled in the Technique and Conditioning class

• Must be in rehearsal on Thursdays from 6-8pm

Maximum Motion Junior welcomes ages 6-9. Requirements for the junior division are listed below:

• Must be enrolled in one technique class (Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz or Lyrical)

• Must be in rehearsal on Thursdays from 6-8pm
